These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ANCO Fastener & Sales ("ANCO," "we," "us") website and any purchases you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one in effect when your order is placed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely at checkout — we do not store your full card details. Established contractors and industrial buyers may apply for net terms on bulk and recurring orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
Product Information
We work to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. Every fastener and component we sell is intended to meet its published specification. From time to time, listings may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies; we reserve the right to correct them and to update specifications as manufacturers revise their products. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a product is suitable for its intended application.
Shipping
In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days from our Eugene, Oregon warehouse, and you'll receive tracking once your order leaves the dock. We ship throughout the continental United States via standard ground freight, with expedited options available at checkout. Large or palletized bulk orders are quoted with freight to match your delivery site. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed; risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns, Warranty & Service
Returns on unused items in their original condition are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Custom and cut-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective. If a product arrives defective or does not match its listed specification, we will replace it or refund it. Tools and equipment may also carry the manufacturer's warranty, and ANCO provides authorized service and repair for select brands. Acceptable Use
