We service every brand of product that we sell. Our Authorized Service Center stocks the most often requested parts for our tools. We do not provide spec sheets or parts diagrams since these items are generally available at the individual manufacturer's website or via Google. Our Service Department always strives for the fastest possible turnaround while ensuring that all repairs are fully and correctly done.

The fastest way to get your repair or service started is to call us at 541-485-2800, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. You can also reach us through the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Minimum repair charge is $65 + parts charge.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways, calculated once we know the item's weight.
We ship exclusively through UPS negotiated rates. All items must be insured for shipping.

Getting Your Tool Fixed Is Easy.
- 1. Call Us First.The fastest way to get started is to call us at 541-485-2800, Monday through Friday, 7AM–4PM. Tell us what you've got and what it's doing. We'll let you know what to expect before you ship anything.
- 2. Send It In or Drop It Off.Bring your tool into any of our three locations or ship it to us via UPS. All items must be insured for shipping. We'll confirm shipping costs once we know the item's weight.
- 3. We Diagnose & Call You. Our service team will inspect your tool and reach out with a clear diagnosis and repair quote before any work begins. No surprises.
- 4. We Fix It Right. Once you give us the go-ahead, we get to work. Our Service Department always strives for the fastest possible turnaround while making sure every repair is fully and correctly done.
- 5. Pick It Up or We Ship It Back.When your tool is ready, come grab it at the counter or we'll ship it back via UPS at our negotiated rates. Fast, insured, and tracked.
